VMI Systems

YPH Consulting supported the Warner Music Germany AG from 2002 until the end of 2008 and the edel AG from 2004 to 2008 in the construction and operation of Vendor Managed Inventory systems. We developed own methods, formulas and parameters and appointed a total of 9 consultants.

Music Promotion

YPH Consulting supported the PhonoNet GmbH, a subsidiary of the German Phonographic Association, from 1999 to 2002 in the development and commercialization of the Music Promotion Network. This system connects the entire phonographic industry with private and publicly-owned media institutions with a digital sampling platform.

Start-Up Sieg

In 2003 York P. Herpers took 1st place of the "Start-Up" contest by ZDF, McKinsey and the Sparkassen in Schleswig-Holstein/Germany in the category "Best Business Plan".

Media Browser

YPH Consulting supported the Sonopress Arvato GmbH (Bertelsmann AG) from 1997 until 2000 in development and marketing of digital media services. York P. Herpers invented the Media Browser Network, which is used as media info terminal network with barcode scan functionality at major media stores worldwide.
